Roof Replacement
Full tear-off down to the decking, inspect every board, replace what's rotten, and install a complete roofing system from ice and water shield up. Most residential jobs finished in 1-2 days.
Roof Repair
Not every problem needs a full replacement. Sometimes it's a blown-off shingle, a cracked pipe boot, or deteriorated valley flashing. We diagnose the actual issue and fix that. We don't upsell you into a new roof you don't need.
Storm Damage Repair
Wind speeds over 60 mph cause shingle tab lift and seal failure. Hail over 1" diameter causes fractures through the shingle mat to the fiberglass reinforcement. Our HAAG-trained inspectors know the difference between cosmetic damage and functional damage. That distinction determines your insurance payout.
New Roof Installation
A new roof installation starts with getting the specs right. Roof pitch determines your material options. Attic space determines ventilation needs. Local code determines underlayment requirements. We handle all of that before the first shingle goes on.
Metal Roofing
We do metal roof repairs too. Loose panels, failed sealant at transitions, rust spots on older galvanized. Not every metal issue needs a full replacement. Our New England crew can usually fix it same-day.
Shingle Roofing
Designer shingles like GAF Camelot and Owens Corning Berkshire mimic slate and cedar shake. Higher cost than standard architectural, but the look is incredible. We install all designer profiles in New England.
Flat Roofing
PVC roofing membrane for New England restaurants, commercial kitchens, and any rooftop near grease exhaust. PVC resists animal fats and chemical exposure that destroys TPO and EPDM. We install IB Roof Systems and Duro-Last PVC with heat-welded seams and custom-fabricated accessories. Built-up roofing (BUR) with 3-4 plies of fiberglass felt in hot asphalt is still the longest-proven flat roof system with a 30+ year track record in North Dakota.
Commercial Roofing
Flat roofs on commercial buildings are a different animal. We install and repair TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up systems. Our New England commercial crew handles retail, warehouse, office, and multi-family buildings.
Gutter Installation
Gutters aren't glamorous, but they're protecting your foundation, your fascia, and your landscaping. We install seamless aluminum gutters custom-formed on-site from a roll of coil stock. No seams means no leaks.

We climb up, walk the entire roof, and document what we find with photos and measurements. Takes about 30 minutes. You see exactly what we see. No mysteries, no scare tactics.

Skylight Installation
Skylights bring natural light into rooms that don't have it. Bathrooms, hallways, closets. We install VELUX and Fakro fixed and vented skylights with proper flashing kits designed for asphalt shingle roofs.
